Joshua Tree’s Health & Wellness, Herbal Apothecary and Aromatherapy Shop. Founded in 2011, the shop carries Western & Ayurvedic herbs, supplements and tinctures and hosts an Aromatherapy Bar of over 100 essential oils, carrier oils, lotion and hair care bases. Create your own custom scent or choose from our well known house blends in sprays, body oils and lotion formulas.
In support of our work toward empowered, Embodied Wellbeing, shop staff curate informative holistic health books including topics from herbal medicine, therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda and many other global contemplative wisdom practices. One will also find meditation and mindful movement tools and props, including yoga mats, meditation cushions and journals.
In addition, the shop carries a wonderful selection of specialty incense, resins, soaps, salves, natural body and beauty products, tarot cards, hand-crafted jewelry, teas and chocolate.
Grateful Desert Apothecary staff are knowledgeable and helpful with experience, training and certifications in Herbal and Aromatherapeutic applications as well as Therapeutic Yoga and Ayurvedic interventions.
